How does the 30-day free trial work?
We offer a free 30-day trial of Amadeo’s Standard and Pro plans that starts the moment you sign up on a platform. We don't require a credit card during the trial.
How does our pricing work?
Amadeo pricing is based on the feature plan you’d like to use, and the number of users on the platform. The minimum number of users you can choose in the plan is 10. Once you’ve decided on the feature plan and users, choose your preferred subscription payment: per month or annual.
We calculate the cost at the end of each month according to the maximum number of user accounts registered in the system during the month. Deleted user accounts are not included in the calculation.
Which pricing plan is right for me?
Above you can see the features included in the different plans to support your needs. The Standard plan will be more suitable for organizations focused on one product direction, and the Pro plan will be better for organizations with multiple products and distributed teams. What is an Amadeo user?
An Amadeo user is any user that can log in to your Amadeo site and exists in User Management.
How are users counted towards billing?
You can add and remove users as your organization/team changes. At the end of each monthly billing cycle, you will be billed for the following month's subscription-based on the exact number of Amadeo users you have.
Do you offer annual subscriptions?
At the beginning of the year, you purchase a certain number of users (and get 2 months free).
Throughout the year you may add more users. Amadeo tracks the maximum number of users each month. At the end of the year, we'll charge you for the total number of extra users added each month, according to the monthly pricing. Deleted user accounts are not included in the calculation.
What happens when my trial ends?
Amadeo’s support team will email you before your trial expires. If you decide to continue to use Amadeo, you can choose one of the paid plans and pay by credit card. Your trial account will become your permanent account, and all your configurations and data will remain intact.
If you decide not to start paying at the end of your 30-day trial, your account will be suspended and in some time permanently removed. Users with the same email can’t use the trial again.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (excluding debit cards). You can also purchase your Amadeo subscription with PayPal. Reach out to contact.us@amadeo.tech for more information.
Can I change my plan?
Sure! At any time you can change your plan type, add and remove users. This option is available through the platform: Settings > Billing > Change Plan.
What is your refund policy?
If for any reason, you're not satisfied with the Amadeo platform, simply let us know within 30 days and we’ll return you a prorated refund.
